Golden Bitumen owns a drum manufacturing plant with capacity of minimum of 45,000 to maximum 60,000 Drums per month is always in conformity to National Standards and ISO Standards.
Jumbo Bag Manufacturing and production
Our Jumbo bag production line capacity can raise up to 5,000 quantity and Jumbo bags consists of an inner lining with a weight ratio of 800gm for 1 MT of bitumen. The inner lining is a consumable inner lining. The recyclable carrier bag is the only left residue after the bitumen has been consumed.
Once filled at the loading point the hot bitumen then becomes cold and solidifies. The bitumen contained in the jumbo bag then remains cold and solid even after discharge at the end location. The bitumen can then be inserted directly into the heating tank without requiring heating of the bag themselves.
Golden Energy light products storage consist of (58) Storage tanks each with a capacity of (100,000) liters which equals to (5,800,000) liters of light refined products.
Golden Energy have built (11) ground pet storages since 2020 follows as below
1st and 2nd Ground storage pets’ capacity (5,000 Metric Ton)
3rd and 4th Ground storage pets’ capacity (9,000 Metric Ton)
5th and 6th Ground storage pets’ capacity (13,000 Metric Ton)
7th and 8th Ground storage pets’ capacity (9,000 Metric Ton)
9th and 10th and 11th Ground storage pets’ capacity (75,000 Metric Ton)
